WHAT ARE YOUR RULES FOR USING YOUR PATTERNS? TOP

My copyright rules and rights reserved include my e-patterns, mailed patterns and free doodle patterns.

My rules are as follows:

Make items from patterns and sell the finished items only where you wish , whether it be local craft shows, auction sites, websites or co-op sites. You MUST give me designer's credit when selling your finished items. If I find a finished good used from my pattern without a designer credit I will notify you to change your listing and description, failure to do so will result in legal action and you will be banned from purchasing from Cotton Picken Prims.

No copying, sharing, trading of patterns allowed. This includes e-patterns as well as paper patterns.

You may not enlarge or shrink patterns without my written permission.

I DO NOT ALLOW finished goods made from my patterns to be advertised or pictured in national magazine ads. This includes any and all co-op ads for Country Sampler, Create and Decorate, and any and all online crafting ezines and any and all other printed magazines. Failure to abide by this rule will result in immediate banning from purchasing from Cotton Picken Prims and legal action will result.

No mass producing finished goods from my patterns. This means that you can not open up a production line of workers to make items from my patterns.

All patterns are copyrighted and all rights reserved on each and every pattern including the Free Doodles. Anyone not adhereing to my rules will be served notice of pending legal action. I do keep track of all FREE, REGULAR MAILED and E-PATTERNS sold on my site. I do visit all auction sites, co-ops, websites on occasion. I also subscribe to many magzines and online magazines...so in other words, I do watch my patterns closely.

All I ask is if you don't know when it comes to listing and using my pattern, just email me and ask. I'm a pretty easy going person and will consider all requests. *Ü*

HOW DO YOU SEND E-PATTERNS? TOP
Our E-patterns and Free Doodles are sent in a PDF file through Adobe Acrobat Reader. You can download the Adobe Reader for FREE at: www.adobe.com We only send our e-patterns to regular email accounts. We DO NOT send e-patterns and Free doodles to FREE EMAIL accounts such as HOTMAIL...for there is always a problem with receiving the pdf files at these addresses. Anyone ordering with a free email account will be notified to provide another suitable email address or will be refunded their money and told to order the snail mail pattern instead.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE ORDERS? TOP

E-PATTERNS AND FREE DOODLES ~ within 24 hours of payment notification and only to regular email account holders, not FREE EMAIL ACCOUNT holders. On FREE DOODLE requests you must supply your full name and address or your request will be denied. We keep track of who orders and requests our patterns for copyright infringement problems.

SNAIL MAIL PATTERNS ~ within a few days to Canadian residents, within a week to US residents and up to 4weeks to all other residents. We ship via CANADA POST regular letter mail.

FINISHED PRODUCTS AND SUPPLIES ~ within 24 hours of payment notification. Our finished products and supplies are always in stock unless otherwise noted. If one of our finished items is sold out, we do accept special orders and those will be mailed out within 1 week of ordering and payment notification.

CAN I SELL YOUR PATTERN ON EBAY? TOP

When you no longer have use for a Cotton Picken Prims pattern, yes you may sell the pattern on all auction sites.
